For an employee earning, for example, €20 gross per hour, the rate is:
€20 × 1.85 = €37.00 per hour
Among other things, we take care of personnel and payroll administration and act as the employer within the agreed arrangement.

Prefer to hire someone directly?
Then you can choose:
20% of the gross annual salary
or a transparent alternative:
€4,- per hour worked
Based on 1,500 hours = €6,000,-.

NBBU-compliant operations
When hiring through a temporary employment agency, the temporary worker’s terms of employment must be correctly determined based on information provided by the client. Among other things, the NBBU collective labour agreement requires written confirmation of the relevant job, working hours, collective agreement/remuneration scheme, gross hourly wage and applicable terms of employment.
Payroll is also subject to a different legal framework than regular temporary staffing. Payrolling is a specific form of making employees available in which the payroll employer does not perform a recruitment and selection function, and the employee is made available exclusively to the client.
