  • What is FREIGHTR Connect?

    FREIGHTR Connect is our personal recruitment service for independent drivers and transport companies. A dedicated FREIGHTR Account Manager actively looks for suitable transport jobs, clients and partnerships based on your vehicle, routes and availability.


    What does my FREIGHTR account manager do?


    Your account manager is your commercial point of contact and can, among other things:


    * Actively search for new transport jobs

    * Contacting clients

    * Find suitable loads and routes

    * Find available loads and return loads

    * Promote available capacity

    * Find regular, repeat business

    * Build new partnerships with clients

  • What does FREIGHTR Connect cost?

    FREIGHTR Connect charges a weekly intermediary fee.


    You’ll get access to our commercial brokerage services and personal support in finding transport jobs and clients.


    The exact weekly fee is agreed in advance and set out in the partnership agreement.

  • Do I also pay commission per trip?

    FREIGHTR Connect is based on a weekly intermediary fee. Any additional costs or alternative arrangements are discussed and agreed in advance.

  • Do I need to actively look for jobs myself?

    You don’t have to provide all the details upfront. That’s an important part of Connect. Share details about your vehicle(s), routes, availability and preferences, and your account manager will actively look for opportunities.

  • Can FREIGHTR also help fill my empty miles?

    Yes. We actively look for available trips, return loads and transport jobs that match your route and vehicle.

  • Can Connect help me secure regular clients?

    Yes. FREIGHTR looks beyond one-off trips to opportunities for ongoing, repeat partnerships between you and clients.

  • How do I get paid for my transport jobs?

    Once the trip is completed, you invoice according to the agreed terms. Once all required information and documents are complete, the invoice is processed within the agreed payment term.

  • Does FREIGHTR work with a contract?

    Yes. FREIGHTR only carries out transport jobs under a contract signed in advance. By signing the contract, the client automatically accepts the applicable FREIGHTR terms and conditions and the agreements set out in them. This ensures that responsibilities, payment terms and ways of working are clear to all parties in advance.

  • Can I get my invoice paid faster?

    Yes. With FREIGHTR Factoring, you can choose accelerated payment.


    You can receive payment for your invoice within 48 hours of invoicing, for a factoring fee of up to 2.5% of the invoice amount.


    Invoice → Factoring → payment within 48 hours.


    Is factoring mandatory?


    No. Factoring is an optional service. You can choose whether to use accelerated payment.
